Thank you for using SquareDox. we at SquareDox, reverence the privacy rights of users and apperceive the consequentiality of protecting users information. We provide a cloud-based content management platform which makes users to work easier to share their ideas, collaborate and help get work done on centralized platform. This Privacy policy declares how information is collected, retained, used, disclosed, and transferred by SquareDox. This Privacy policy applies to information collected, used or shared by SquareDox when user uses or access our websites and our services.

Information We Collect

The Company is concerned and committed to protecting and maintaining the privacy of all its Users and has published this privacy policy statement to familiarize user with the manner in which the Company collects, stores, uses, discloses, transfers, alters, and/or deletes users personally identifiable information collected during users usage of SquareDox .it is fundamental and obligatory for us to be able to collect/store all required information for user to be able to use SquareDox and its basic/advance features. Users have the right, at any time, to choose not to provide us with any of this information and to ask us to delete the same, if required. In such case, doing so will result in user ensuing cancellation of his/her account the failure to proceed utilizing any portion of SquareDox.

Use of Information

SquareDox uses information amassed for the purpose of providing the SquareDox Accommodations. SquareDox will process and transfer information within Singapore and other countries and territories from which SquareDox or its sanctioned third parties may operate, which may have different privacy laws from users country of residence.

Information Storage and Security

All the information that we collect from user during usage of SquareDox is stored on our cloud servers. We access the information on the cloud. we use globally accepted standards for ensuring and maintaining the protection, confidentiality, security, and privacy of all data on its servers.

We store users personally identifiable information with us as long as user have an account with us, as this is necessary to continue providing the services to the users. If at any time user want to deactivate/delete his/her account, we ensure that all user’s personal information will be deleted from our servers. We will also make commercially reasonable best efforts to ensure that our third-party service providers delete user’s personal information from their servers/storage too.

We committed to protect user from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of any information we hold. Concert to the same, we have implemented globally accepted standards and procedures to maintain ongoing data protection and privacy.

Available rights for you

Once users start using our services, users will have the right,

  • To Delete/erase all transferred/stored data by the user that we may have on our systems. This incorporates erasing user account and all individual data that we may have relating to user within the Information Path. This arrangement will not apply to any information or personal information that we may have to be hold compatible to any pertinent law or any request/requirement of a public/government body, whether in users nation of home or not

Change in Privacy Policy

If there is any changes to this Privacy Policy in the way we managing users transferred/stored data, we shall intimate users of the same via email at least by 2 week / 14 days prior to the enforcement of such change. We will also display a notice on our Platform admin panel regarding the same. If after user’s receipt of a notice of change to the Privacy Policy user does not object to the same and/or continue to use our services, user will be assumed to have provided his/her consent to the changes.
